At 23, your skin should be glowing with youth. I would suggest that you not only improve your lifestyle but also chalk out a regular skincare routine to make the magic happen. Drink at least 10 glasses of water daily and include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Apart from this, it is important to massage the under eye area with almond oil and apply cold grated cucumber. This will help lighten the area. Also, scrub the skin gently with orange peel powder that has been mixed with lemon juice and oatmeal with enough milk to make a smoothe paste. This should be done on alternate days.
