» jewellery designer I use to have lot of acne but changing my food habits made a difference. I make it a point to drink lots of water and completely avoid oily and fried food. Water works wonders for the skin and keeps it healthy and glowing. It’s also very important to keep the skin clean so I cleanse with a facewash religiously and I am very particular about removing make-up thoroughly. I go for a head massage with oil once a month or do a hair spa. |
I am a 27-year-old man suffering from pre-mature greying of facial hair which makes me look older. I am not even married and a grey beard upsets me. I lead a healthy life and do not indulge in any kind of substance abuse. Please help.

The best is to remain clean shaven as it may be due to hereditary reasons that you are greying.
I am 25 years old. I have recently recovered from jaundice, which has left me with dark circles under my eyes. What can I do to lighten these? Also my hair looks limp and dull (I have shoulder-length wavy hair), what can I do for this?

Prolonged illness can lead to dark circles. Eat healthy by including lots of fruits and green vegetables in your diet. Gently massage the under-eye area with almond oil daily and apply the following eye mask: 2 tsp cold grated cucumber, 1 tsp sandalwood powder mixed together with a little milk. Keep this for about 15 minutes and wash off. Do this daily. Oil your hair twice a week with a good quality Mahabhringraj oil, this should be done gently so as not to break the hair at the root. Follow with turban therapy.
