I prefer not to stress my skin with heavy and synthetic skincare products. My skincare regimen is natural and fundamental. I drink a lot of fluids, fruit juices and water because hydration is very important for the natural glow on skin. Same goes for moisturisation. For a naturally hydrated and moisturised skin I prefer using aloe vera. I use Vasocare Total Moisturising Lotion because it contains ingredients like aloe vera, chamomile, tulsi — these moisturise and protect my skin. |
I am a 22-year-old woman. I have shoulder-length hair. My scalp is oily, but my hair isn’t. Of late, I have noticed that my hair is beginning to turn brown. What should I do?

You may not believe this but a good warm oil massage will help nourish the hair. Try and wrap the hair into a hot towel and steam it for 5 to 7minutes. Whenever you shampoo the hair always use a smoothening conditioner at the ends to soften the hair. It would be a good idea to get your ends trimmed. Once a week give yourself a hair nourishing mask of 2 tsp neem paste, 2 tsp amla powder, 2 tsp brahmi powder and a pinch of pippali powder and a pinch of camphor. Mix these with half a cup of curd and apply to the scalp preferably after a hair oil massage. Leave on for 40 minutes and shampoo normally with a mild herbal shampoo.
