It’s time to be creative and equally mindful of your well-being. Here are few tips:

1. Choose light fabrics in pastel shades. A light mauve shirt top teamed with a white palazzo can be soothing in the morning. Corals and mint green are also a great palette. Choose cotton fabrics and khadi material during day time. Wear loose fitted clothes to avoid skin rashes.

2. Do not step out without UV-protected eyewear. A good pair of UV-protected sunglasses would raise your fashion quotient as well as protect your eyes from glares and harmful UV rays.

Overexposure to harmful radiation increases risks of eye-related diseases such as cataract. Sunglasses will protect you and you look trendy with mirrored lenses or colourful stylish frames. For added coverage, safety eyewear which comes in sleek design with UV protection and anti-fog coating is recommended.

3. During the second wave of the pandemic, you should not forget essentials like face masks and anti-fog cloth. Facemasks come with interesting designs and layers so that one can balance safety and comfort without compromising on style. But by pairing masks with glasses or sunglasses wearers often suffer from fogging. An anti-fog cloth helps to keep glasses fog-free for long hours. Carry one while outdoors.

Do not forget to take care of your inner health. If you are healthy inside, you are stylish all through!
