Italian Defence at Nalin Chandra Das & Sons: Cottage cheese, Cadbury Dairy Milk Drinking Chocolate and cocoa powder along with chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce go into the creation of this mishti. Rs 30 per piece.

Choco Cherry Ball at Parnasree Mistanna Bhander: This one’s a bestseller. Chhana and Cadbury Cocoa powder are mixed to form a sandesh base, to which Cadbury Shots are added. This is decorated with a mix made of thickened milk, cashews and cocoa powder, and then topped with cherries. Served in a golden cup, this one’s quite a looker.

Cadbury Dohi at Felu Modak, Rishra: Love mishti doi? Then this one would be your favourite. Milk is simmered with the goodness of Cadbury Cocoa powder, and then poured in individual clay cups. Each clay cup has loads of chopped Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate chunks on which the milk-and-cocoa mix is poured. The final result? A rich, chocolaty mishti doi you can’t say no to.

Cadmish at Balaram Mullick & Radharaman Mullick: Chocolate fudge, Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate and chhana are mixed together, coated with white chocolate and topped with some more Cadbury Dairy Milk. More than 5,000 pieces of this signature mishti are sold each day across all six outlets in the city.

Choco Butterscotch at Surendranath Dey & Sons: Chopped cashews and butterscotch make magic with chhana and Cadbury Cocoa powder to give you these crunchy balls of happiness.

Chocolate Gems at New Kalpana Mistanna Bhander: Good old sandesh gets the flavour of chocolate with Cadbury Cocoa powder. The finishing touch comes from chocolate sprinkles and colourful Cadbury Gems on top.

Abar Khaabo at Mahua: The softness of sandesh meets the gooeyness of chocolate in this mishti. Topped with Cadbury Shots, along with tiny chocolate balls and chocolate sauce, this one packs quite a punch.

Anamika at Ganguram Sweets: Available across eight different outlets in the city, this Cadbury Mishti is made from a mix of cow and buffalo milk and Cadbury Dairy Milk. Garnished with choco rice crisps and a piece of Cadbury Dairy Milk.

Coconut Crunchy at Jalbhara Surjya Kr Modak, Chandernagore: Milk is condensed and mixed with Cadbury Cocoa powder in different quantities to create a layered, hollow spherical sandesh, which resembles half a coconut. The outer shell is covered with fried khoya crumbs ,which is also flavoured with cocoa powder.

Strawberry Fruit and Nut at Kakatua, Howrah: Fresh cream meets crushed strawberries, bananas, pomegranate, grapes and dry fruits in this refreshing mishti. Topped with whipped cream, which is mixed with molten Cadbury Dairy Milk, this one’s a tangy and chocolaty delight.
