Calcutta raises a toast to the taste of Italy
The World Week of Italian Cuisine started in Calcutta on November 20 with a gala dinner on the Italian Consulate lawns in Alipore. Seven Italian chefs were in town on the occasion, each creating a special Italian menu for a star hotel. Snapshots from the evening where the seven star hotels had set up stalls showcasing their Italian fare.
