On the menu: A traditional Bengali wedding spread with dishes such as Mochar Ghonto, Katla Machher Boroda and Kossa Murgi. You can either go for the a la carte menu or thalis available both in veg (Niramish Thali) and non-veg (Amish Thali) variations. While the Niramish Thali consists of Chena Kofta, Phulkopir Roast, Potoler Dolma, Dhokar Dalna, Kosha Alurdom, Chholar Dal, Moongmohan Dal, Mishti Polao, Luchi, Begun Bhaja, Kalo Goja and Rosogollar Payesh, think dishes like Potol Chingri Dolma, Machher Paturi and Mutton Mughlai in addition to the veg dishes, desserts and accompaniments for the Amish Thali.
