A nice swim, some exercise, lots of running around and oodles of fun summed up the paw-some pool party hosted for doggies by Kashika’s Pampered Paws on March 18. t2 got a poolside view of the fun splash as 45 tail-wagging buddies woofed in and around the cool pool near Kasba to beat the heat.

Not only did Duggu the golden retriever enjoy the swim in the cool waters but also loved the props that were around. It was hard to keep him away from his hat!
Sushmita Dey lends a hand to her buddy Gracie who seemed a little startled with all the water around.
Kashvi, the two-year-old German shepherd, is not much of a fan of water. “But she loved the small slide attached to the pool, where she kept playing,” said Rajani Arya, her owner.
Pet parents Sayantani Chattopadhyay and Saptarshi Dasgupta went click-click with their eight-month-old beagle Bigloo. “It was a new experience for my doggy and all of us had a great time,” said Sayantani.
Pipi the rabbit made a special appearance for the pet pool party with her owner Isha Bhattacharjee.

Organiser speak: “A pool is the best way to beat the heat and animals are great natural swimmers. Both the pet and pet parents enjoy this event. Two minutes of swimming equals to 10 minutes of walking. This event is a must-attend for pets with obesity and bone issues,” said Kashika Arora, founder, Kashika’s Pampered Paws, a pet management company.
