Mumbai, March 28: ICI India plans to sell its adhesive business to an Indian unit of the Germany-based Henkel group for Rs 260 crore. The transferred business will include a portion of its manufacturing facility at Thane, about 120 employees and the company’s stake in its subsidiary, Polyinks Ltd. The transaction will be completed in the second half of this year after obtaining the approval of shareholders, ICI India informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
New Delhi, March 28: Four Soft and Take Solutions are planning to merge their operations. Both the companies have received an approval from their respective boards.
