Seoul, May 19: INI Steel, South Korea?s second-largest steelmaker, is in talks to sell two mills, acquired as part of an acquisition last year, to Essar Steel. ?We are negotiating but nothing has been decided,? said Kim Kyung Sik, spokesman for INI Steel. Kim was responding to a report in Maeil Economic Daily, which said INI Steel would sell the mills for about $100 million.
