New Delhi, March 5: ONGC Videsh Ltd (OVL) has made two oil discoveries in Syria, which are estimated to hold 185 million barrels of reserves. OVL and its partner IPR Mediterranean Exploration have made significant new oil field discoveries in block-XXIV located in the northeastern part of Syria.
