Mumbai, Aug. 3: Cadila Healthcare will allot 6.28 crore bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to its shareholders. The AGM held last month authorised the board to issue 6,28,06,854 bonus shares of Rs 5 each, where one share would be allotted for every one held. The scrip closed at Rs 559.90 on the BSE today, up 1.44 per cent from its last close.
