Late last night, Vimla, her two daughters, Ritam, 12, and Raushan, 9, and son Kaushal, 7, travelled more than a kilometre to the railway station.
Vimla had been married to one Umesh Rai for the past 14 years.

Vimla’s father Sakal Rai was informed last night about the incident by a person whose identity has not been disclosed.
Rai is a resident of Pyarepur village.
