Art of Living guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar hands over a memento to a woman at Gandhi Maidan in Gaya on Friday. The spiritual leader, who is on a visit to the district, made an announcement to open an employment bureau of the Art of Living Foundation, which will recruit youths from Bihar. Addressing a congregation — Divya Satsang — he said the youths of Bihar are hardworking, brave and honest. “Several people from Bihar have been looking after the ashram of the Art of Living in Bangalore. There is great demand for youths from India in as many as 152 countries to run the training programmes of the organisation. I have visited a number of countries in the past 30 years. Right from north pole to the south pole, everyone respects the India’s spiritualism,” he said. During his speech, the spiritual guru urged the devotees to pledge to neither accept nor give bribe. He asked them to extend their help in wiping out corruption from the nation. Sri Sri also appealed the farmers to adopt organic farming.
