Darbhanga: A 15-year-old girl has accused her tutor of drugging and raping her after winning her trust.

Rahul Yadav, the girl has accused, intoxicated her a few days ago by mixing a drug in her soft drink. She lodged an FIR with Bahedi police station on Saturday. Rahul's parents Sona Devi and Chandraveer Singh have also been named accused.

Rahul is absconding.

The girl and her father, who took her to the police, have said Rahul got close to her after she failed her matriculation exam. He won her trust with the promise of tutoring her.

The girl's father told the police that Rahul found her near Bahedi Bazaar where she was buying vegetables two-three days ago. He offered to drop her home on his bike, as he claimed he was on way to his uncle's home in Bhagwatipur.

Near Shankar Lohar Chowk, Rahul allegedly bought the drug from a shop and dissolved it in the girl's soft drink. He then took her to his uncle's home and raped her, clicked pictures, and threatened to post them on the social media.

Darbhanga senior superintendent of police Manoj Kumar told The Telegraph that Rahul will be arrested soon and the girl's family will be provided adequate protection.

Body found

Bhojpur police recovered a body of an unidentified married woman from Anaith locality under Nawada police station on Saturday and brought it to Ara sadar hospital for post-mortem.

Nawada police station house officer Subodh Kumar said the body was found in a gunny bag.

The woman was strangled and dumped to destroy evidence, the police said.
