Siliguri, Dec. 17: The Nature and Trekkers’ Club of Jalpaiguri will hold its annual nature study and rock climbing camp at Chelkhola near Lava in the Kalimpong subdivision from December 23.

About the new attractions lined up for this year, assistant secretary of the club Bhaskar Das said: “We will have solo camping, where each participant will stay outside the main camp in a self-made plastic shelter, cooking his or her own food. There will also be a navigational training-cum-treasure hunt.”

More than 100 youths from Bengal and Sikkim are likely to take part in the camp. They will be taught the basics of adventure activities by 20 trainers.
