Chhota Bheem will have fun with kids at City Centre Salt Lake this weekend |
What: Telekids presents Chhota Bheem Carnival in association with City Centre, Salt Lake, on the occasion of Children’s Day.
When: The two-day carnival will be held this Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 8pm.
Where: City Centre Salt Lake.
The idea: City Centre Salt Lake will be transformed into Dholakpur village, where Chhota Bheem lives, and Pataliputra village to transport children into the world of their favourite cartoon character.
Special attractions: Chhota Bheem, Chutki, Raju and Dholu mascots will entertain children and interact with them. Children can also savour Tuntun Mausi’s famous laddoos, which give Bheem his strength. A 3D image of Tuntun Mausi, Chutki’s mother, will serve up the laddoos at the stall.
Play: Children can test their throwing skills with Feed Kalia, where the villain has to be fed with balls from a distance, or take aim with toy bow and arrow sets in Dholakpur Ka Archer. Cut-outs of villains such as the lion, zombie and Daku Mangal Singh will act as targets.
In Pin a Tail on Jaggu, children would have to pin Jaggu’s tail blindfolded. Also in store is a fun quiz on Chhota Bheem.
Buy: Children can take their pick from a range of Chhota Bheem merchandise — pillow covers, bed sheets and towels to tiffin boxes — and recreate Dholakpur in their own rooms.
Special offer: Surprise awaits all Telekids Wiz Club members but they must remember to carry their membership cards.
