Calcutta, May 30: A CBI officer today called up the nationalised bank which has over 20 accounts of Trinamul seeking details of transactions in these accounts.

The officer wanted to know by when the bank would give details of the Trinamul bank accounts, making it clear he would not wait indefinitely.

The call came within 48 hours of the CBI sending a letter to bank. "Since the probe is about Saradha's money trail it is important for us to know the details," said an officer. "We need to know when the accounts were opened and who were the signatories."
