Two men, who were standing close to their bike, were injured. Instead of applying brakes after hitting the first two-wheeler, the car driver tried to speed away and ended up hitting two more bikes, the police said.

Those present raised an alarm but the car sped away. The two injured were treated at a nearby hospital.

A case of rash and negligent driving has been started.
