Inderjit Singh Bindra (picture above) was suspended by the BCCI for two years in February 2001. Served out the ban period.

Jagmohan Dalmiya (picture above) was expelled by the BCCI on December 16, 2006. He subsequently resigned from the CAB. On July 20, 2007 the high court ruled that the expulsion was illegal. Returned as CAB president on July 29, 2008.
