Calcutta: There were nine new faces in the 32-member probables list for the season 2007-08 announced by the CAB on Thursday. Amit Biswas, Sougata Mitra, Abhishek Chakraborty, Suprabhat Biswas, Soham Ghosh, Avik Chowdhury, Avijit Bose, Asrafuddin and Rana Chowdhury are the new faces selected after a two-and-half meeting.

Meanwhile, Ajay Verma and Rajib Dutta were appointed coaches of the Bengal under-17 squad while Rajesh Dani and Gautam Shome (jr) will be in charge of the under-15 A boys. Udaybhanu Banerjee along with Madan Ghosh will look after the under-19 side. Tapan Jyoti Banerjee and Satrajit Lahiri were retained coaches of under-22 and under-15 B squads, respectively.
