Guwahati, Dec. 5: Eight players will represent the state in the 11th Senior Muay Thai National Championship in Aizawl, Mizoram from tomorrow.
The team members are Sunil Mardi (42-45kg), Ajay Tamang (45-48kg), Samarjit Neog (48-51kg), Manoj Koch (51-54kg), Baba Bhumij (60-63.5kg), Bedanta Rajkhowa (63.5-67kg), Kamal Goswami (67-71kg) and Pranjal Dihingia (91kg and above). Apart from coach Ratul Gogoi, Hridayananda Das (team manager) and Dilip Roy (jury) will accompany the team. The meet will conclude on December 11.
