Parisian vibes in the decor and the city’s PYTs dressed as characters from the popular Netflix series Emily in Paris summed up Saturday afternoon at Drunken Teddy, on Chowringhee. Tanqueray x Emily In Paris saw the city’s fashionistas and party peeps turn up dressed for the fun brunch that was hosted by Malini Agarwal of Miss Malini. While most came dressed as Emily, there were a handful of Alfie, Mindy and Gabriel too!
After successful editions in Delhi and Mumbai, Calcutta was the third stop for this event.
The mood of the party was set right from the moment one entered Drunken Teddy with floral bouquet sections, a live caricature zone, impeccable table set-ups and more.

Friends Richa Sharma (left) and Priti Agarwal looked pretty as Emily! “Other than me relating to her character on a personal level that is her enthusiasm to explore new places, and her work ethic, I decided to choose this bold look because this outfit really stood out to me, especially the colour, and how Emily carried it with such grace and elegance when she attended a fashion show. This is a dress that itself is a statement and really brings out the confidence one has, to pull it off, and well I would never miss a chance to wear such a ravishing outfit,” said Richa in a red tulle gown while Priti stuck to a cute floral dress and on-point hair accessory.
Darshana Atha stepped out in style wearing a billowy tulle gown. “Emily is all about stunning outfits! I love the show and Lily Collins in it,” smiled the pretty lady.
Nupur Saraf of Nutrimend came dressed in a frilly top and skirt, chanelling Emily’s office look!
