The Dalhousie Institute rang in Easter Sunday, in association with t2, with a gala party. The hot weather could not play spoilsport as the kids enjoyed the Easter classic Egg Hunt after a three-year gap. With parents in tow, kids from ages three-five searched for the hidden goodies in the grass, under the tables and in flowerpots. The post-search treats included yummy snacks.

The six-12 year-olds, went on a 'treasure-hunting; spree, looking for sweets, chocolate eggs, candy, pencil boxes, and other treats. Then they sat down to exchange their ‘loot’.

The traditional ‘Paagal Pani’ — an evening of fun in the pool, was up next. Divided into two teams comprising kids from ages five to 17, the cross-pool swimming relay was an exciting affair. The other fun races of the evening included Tube Race, relay race and others. Four best swimmers from each team then competed for the 4x1 length relay, followed by final showdowns.

The traditional Easter Dance saw kids and adults take the dance floor. The hall wore a beautiful look. From romance to rock n roll and the latest hip-hop tracks, the musical band kept everyone entertained till a little before midnight. All in all, a fabulous family Easter.
