Recruitment policy for management trainees

We prefer hiring experienced candidates. However, we do visit a few management institutes to recruit trainees for institutional equities and research, private wealth management and retail broking advisory departments.

Mid-career recruitment

We mostly hire through job portals such as Monster and Naukri and also through consultants and employee referral schemes. We generally do not advertise in newspapers.

Terms

The probation period is six months. We also hire some employees on contractual basis. The retirement age is 60. We offer employees benefits in terms of medical and life insurance. We also give ESOPs to key employees.

Postings / transfers

Employees are likely to be posted in our head office at Worli, Mumbai, or at any of our 61 branches across India depending on the requirements of the organisation.
