Recruitment policy for management trainees

We hire trainees form reputed B-schools with decent academic background and sound knowledge of cultural history, Indian literature, music and film. Since media and entertainment industry deals with intellectual property development, one has to have a basic understanding of that.

Mid-career recruitment

We principally do not encourage mid-term recruitment as the candidate cannot get acquainted with the operational mechanics fast in order to deliver.

Terms

Employment terms are on a par with industry standards. Since this is a knowledge-based industry, we expect minimum loyalty. Retirement age is 58. But there is a flexibility clause for outstanding professionals.

Postings / transfers

As of now, we have no branches, so, the question of transferring employees does not arise. Our head office is in Calcutta.
