Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees from select institutes and trainees must have a diverse background. Here they are given specific job roles and we offer on the job training. After successful completion of training, most of them are absorbed as assistant managers.

Mid-career recruitment

We firm up the manpower budget and then go for mid-career recruitments. Recruitment at this level depends upon requirement. We usually take out advertisements in newspapers and job portals. We also have an employee referral scheme and take the help of job consultants.

Terms

Permanent employment is encouraged. Retirement age is 58.

Postings / transfers

Our head office is in Calcutta and we have branches across the country. We transfer employees when it is required.
