Recruitment policy for management trainees

Although this year we haven?t recruited management trainees, we generally recruit them from leading engineering institutes and management schools of the country.

Mid-career recruitment

We prefer employee referrals, but we also advertise in newspapers and seek the service of consultants.

Terms

Our retirement age is 65. We employ on contract in some cases.

Postings/ transfers

We have offices in 36 countries around the world, including three in India (Bangalore, Mumbai and New Delhi). Employees are transferred as and when needed.
