Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit our trainees through our recruiting agency Mafoi Consultants and are also planning to visit campuses like the Future Institute of Engineering and Technology. Junior employees are also taken in from our own training centre Techno Lab that has got 10 centres across the state.

Mid-career recruitment

We use the services of our consultants and also recruit on the basis of word of mouth. Forced applications are considered as well.

Terms

We have a normal system of employment and our retirement age is 58 though we don?t follow that strictly.

Postings/ transfers

It is made clear in the appointment letter that our employees can be posted at any of our offices in the country. They can also be transferred at any point of time depending on our requirement.We have offices at Calcutta, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai.

Jobs on offer right now

Around 2,500 people are going to be recruited for our new factory which is going to be operational very soon. We also need a few sales representatives for Bhubaneswar, the Northeast and Sikkim.
