Ranchi, Dec. 8: The district administration has made elaborate security arrangements to cope with any untoward incident during the Jharkhand bandh tomorrow, called by the Jharkhand Disom Party headed by Mayurbhanj BJP MP Salkhan Murmu.

Security forces staged a flag march on Main Road this evening.

Deputy commissioner Jaishankar Tiwari and senior SP M.V. Rao told reporters that the administration would crack the whip on those who would try to create trouble during the bandh.

“We will not let anyone take law into his own hands. Stern action will be taken against those found enforcing the bandh and breaking the law,” said Rao.
