Ranchi, Oct. 21: The BJP is sending Arjun Munda to Bihar to tell the people of that state what they have missed out on by not having a government formed by it.

Munda?s two-day election campaign in North Bihar will begin on Saturday. The campaign will focus on what he has done for Jharkhand ever since taking over the reins and list his success in bring investors like the Mittals and Jindals to the state.

BJP sources said Munda would campaign in the Assembly constituencies falling in Purnea and Katihar districts. If time permits, he will also visit a few more places, especially those bordering Jharkhand, they added.

During the campaign, Munda will also emphasise on the delay in completion of a bridge over the Ganga linking Sahebganj with Katihar due to the ?indifferent? attitude of the Bihar government. Munda is interested in the completion of the project as it would facilitate Jharkhand?s ?easy? access to the north-eastern states.

?This bridge will play a crucial role in the economy of both Bihar and Jharkhand. The indifferent attitude of the Bihar government is delaying the construction work. My campaign will also focus on neglect of development in Bihar and the progress made by Jharkhand after it has been carved out of Bihar,? said Munda.

The BJP has decided to hire the government helicopter already being used by the chief minister, in a bid to curtail cost.
