Mission possible

Sakshi Dhoni, an animal rights activist and better half of Team India skipper MS Dhoni, at an anti-rabies campaign at Sujata Chowk in Ranchi on Friday. Mrs D was selected as the brand ambassador of Mission Rabies last year with an eradication target of 2017. Ranchi has an estimated canine population of 26,994. The campaign, organised by the state animal husbandry department and voluntary outfit HOPE and Animal Trust, vaccinated 21,000 dogs and sterilised another 9,681 till October 31.
