Mr. Himanshu Gaur was from a typical middle-class family that hates to experiment with their life or career. Unlike his family or his immediate circle, he always had an urge to win big in life which drove him towards entrepreneurship and helping others.

Mr. Himanshu Gaur shared what success means to him and how he would help others define it for themselves.

Success is a journey, not a destination. First of all, we have to understand the word “success”. In the journey of entrepreneurs, we have to decide the parameters of success. Success is different for each individual. It's like an ocean. From where someone who wants only salt gets salt, and someone who wants to fish gets the fish. Even better, if a person wants a pearl, he gets the pearl, and if they are looking for oil, they get oil. Success is just the same: we can get what we look for. The success journey of an Entrepreneur is also the same. Success criteria differ from person to person.

Mr. Himanshu Gaur shared a story that inspired him in light mode, one day, I was transiting in my car. That is when I experienced this eureka moment. Exactly at a traffic signal, I spotted one Auto-Rickshaw behind which I read a quote that was written:

“Sach Hua Sapna, Auto Hua Apna”

Did you get it? That Auto Driver had defined his success. Owning his Auto-Rickshaw and not renting it was a successful life for him.

Life Coach Himanshu Gaur shares that mysuccess journey is very similar to that of the vehicle's headlight,“If we want to travel from one place to another in the dark: our vehicle's headlight will not display the entire path to our destination in a single beam. It will only show a very few meters ahead. If we move our vehicle a few meters ahead, only then does it reveal a few more meters”! The same goes on till we complete our journey & reach our destination.

Mr. Himanshu Gaur says it was not easy to choose a different path from everyone. I also got trapped into a rat race of a 9-5 job, which our society wants for us. But asking a few questions to myself about this 9-5 job, I always have this in my bucket: this will never go away from me. But if I have an option to try something different, then I must take it. The same occurs when we start the journey towards success. Because I realized early on that fear of regret is much bigger than the fear of failure. I won't regret my life's decisions 10 years down the line.

Mr. Himanshu Gaur shares the beginning was not at all easy. If you choose something out of the box, that path where no one goes, then you will have to face a lot of objections & rejection. You have to listen to your vibes & keep moving forward against the society that is trying to pull you down. Enduring all those obstacles as a reason to do it. He says when you face obstacles, think about the pleasure you will acquire after becoming successful.

Entrepreneur's journey is all about creating your path, and once you walk through that path of ups & downs, those experiences will help others to choose the right path. So, that is how my journey started as a life Coach. Himanshu Gaur says we have to understand the difference between a Teacher, a Trainer & a coach. Teachers teach theoretical stuff, whereas Trainers guide you practically. But a coach has already accomplished what you wish to achieve & then guides you on how you can reach there.

You can only become Coach after first achieving success.
