Chidiakhana

Zee Music Company has unveiled the trailer of its upcoming Hindi-language sports drama film Chidiakhana. Directed by Manish Tiwary, it stars Ritvik Sahore, Avneet Kaur, Prashant Narayanan, Rajeshwari Sachdev, Govind Namdev and Aanjjan Srivastav.

The two-minute-28-second-long trailer chronicles the life of a Bihari teenage boy (Ritvik Sahore) who finds acceptance in a Mumbai Chawl because of his footballing skills. His ragtag school team plays against the odds to save the playground from the authorities.

Chidiakhana will arrive in cinemas on June 2.

Crackdown 2

Jio Cinema has dropped the official trailer for the new season of its spy thriller series Crackdown 2. Directed By Apoorva Lakhia, it stars Saqib Saleem in the lead role alongside Shriya Pilgaonkar, Ankur Bhatia, Iqbal Khan and Sonali Kulkarni.

In the one-minute-long trailer, we see Saqib’s Riyaz Pathan investigating the hijacking of an Indian aeroplane. It goes on to introduce all the main characters and shows some action sequences.

Crackdown 2 will be streaming on Jion Cinema from May 25.

Takkar

Think Music India has shared the official trailer of its upcoming Tamil-language romantic action comedy film Takkar. Written and directed by Karthik G Krish, it stars Siddharth, Yogi Babu, Divyansha, Abimanyu Singh, Munishkanth and RJ Vigneshkanth.

The two-minute-nine-second-long trailer introduces us to Siddharth’s character who wants to become a millionaire. He soon meets Divyansha’s character — the daughter of a millionaire. They soon fall in love and things become bizarre from there.

Veeran

Saregama Tamil has released the official trailer of the upcoming Tamil-language superhero film Veeran. Directed by ARK Saravan, the film stars Hip-hop Tamizha, Vinay Rai, Athira Raj, Munish Kanth, Kali Venkat and Sassi Selvaraj.

The two-minute-32-second-long trailer shows an Indian superhero who can generate electricity by clicking his thumb with his other fingers. We also see a blooming love story and meet an evil scientist who wants to get superpowers.

Veeran will hit the theatres on June 2.
