Expect: A healthy fare with 24 stalls selling organic fruits, vegetables, spices, clothes and other commodities as the mall celebrates their 14th anniversary. You can also refuel at the live food counters that will make dishes using organic ingredients.

Organiser speak: “This is our way of creating awareness, promoting organic eating and letting people know about all the pesticides and fertilisers that go into our food,” said Ramesh Pandey, general manager, marketing and events, Ambuja Neotia Group.

On the menu: Expect refreshing summer dishes such as Mango Salad, Watermelon Gazpacho, Sweet Potato Soup, Mango Sizzler and Mango Pasta.
