What: Black Dog Sparkling Water presents The Telegraph and Royal Calcutta Golf Club 31st Nite in association with Manyavar
When: 8.30pm onwards
What to expect: A musical night to welcome the New Year, as Yashraj Kapil of Indian Idol fame takes the stage at RCGC with his list of popular Bollywood numbers. Also, get ready to shake a leg as DJ Dippy will be in charge of the console. 
Dress code: Smart casuals.
Entry: Rs 2,500 per member and 
Rs 3,000 per guest (inclusive of taxes) for dinner. For reservations, mail newyearseve2017@rcgc.in.
Club speak: “This year, we’re expecting a footfall of around 700. We are arranging for cabanas for groups of eight to 20 people, to give our members a private space within the club area. The overall colour scheme of this year’s celebrations is black and gold. Our focus is to make sure all the attendees get a royal treatment and not compromise on the quality of food or the ambience,” said Ashish Doshi, convener, food and beverages, RCGC.

WATCH OUT FOR

Yashraj Kapil, the winner of reality show Sitaron Ko Choona Hai and a participant in Sur Kshetra and Indian Idol 5, who will ring in the New Year with Bolly dance numbers. What are his fans expecting? A lot of Himesh Reshammiya songs for sure!
DJ Dippy will spin some English and Hindi party hits to keep the momentum going.

Tease your taste buds with finger food like Veg Cheese Finger, Paneer Tikka, Mutton Galouti Kebab and Chicken Malai Tikka. The main course will have a variety of dishes like Paneer Makhani, Mutton Keema Butter and Aloo Dum Punjabi.
