nRight from Gandhi to our ideologies, India and South Africa have a lot in common. In Cape Town, I experienced its many aspects. Rosebank is the place for the hip and the happening as it has all the trendy nightclubs and restaurants. For shopping, it?s Pretoria, and Suncity, a two-hour drive from Johannesburg has amazing stretches of savanna grass on both sides of the road. The flea markets on the way are a big incentive.

nI visited South Africa for the first time during the 8th ICC Cricket World Cup as the anchor person and brand ambassador for Sony and Sony Max. It was a business-cum-pleasure trip and a truly memorable experience. Not only did I have a blast, but I also learnt a lot about its different cuisines, culture and places. My favourite place there is Johannesburg, which is a shoppers? paradise.
