In my line of work, one hardly ever gets a chance to enjoy the weekend. So weekends, be they long or short, are just a distant dream for me. I am usually working 24x7 and have little or no time to unwind. However, I still try and squeeze in some time with friends and family.

I am a huge movie buff and love watching Hindi films. In fact, I eat, sleep and breathe Hindi films so whenever I get a chance, I try and catch the latest movie in town. Since I live in Andheri, I try and catch a movie at either Fame Adlabs or the new Fun Republic. Thankfully, my friends too enjoy watching films so whenever we get together, we make it a point to go for one.

I do enjoy theatre and manage to catch a few plays whenever I am in or around Juhu. I am not too much of a party person so I hardly ever end up partying unless of course, it?s part of work. I dislike the high noise levels and smoke, which is why as far as possible, I try and avoid parties. Though, if my friends insist, I drop into either Rain or Enigma at J.W. Marriott.

I love Mumbai, and really enjoy taking in its sights and sounds. My favourite hangouts are Bandra Bandstand or the Queens? Necklace at Marine Drive. Mumbai is a beautiful city and the sea even more so, and honestly the best thing to do here is walk on the beach. So in that sense, my perfect weekend would be a day spent with friends at either Bandstand or Marine Drive taking in the city to the fullest.
