May I humbly suggest a few guidelines to be a good Quiz Master? 1) Prepare, prepare, prepare. Creating good content is the key. Compromising on Rule 1 is suicide. 2) If 51 % for a quiz’s success is its ‘content’ then 49% has got to be ‘presentation’. Ensure both you and participants can be heard. 3) Know your stuff but never try to show off how much you know. Assume the participants know more than you. 4) Balance the quiz. Avoid asking questions only on your favourite subjects. (Do not repeat questions) .5) KISS Keep it short & simple…. enjoy.
