Summers is the season when your heart craves some cold desserts and the new menu at Mama Mia! gives you the excuse to pamper yourself with a range of flavours from New Gelato Creations. The menu scores on presentation with smoke-infused dishes and unusual combos. Think chocolate with potato chips or butterscotch with sea salt! Don’t have a sweet tooth? Enjoy the new fries and toasties menu with your tea and coffee.
“My partner Akshat Singhania and I have applied what we have learnt from our travels around the world in this new menu. You can now eat with your eyes and all the other senses combined. Our focus is to make Mama Mia! a family experience,” said Adhiraj Thirani, co-director, Mama Mia!.
Chocolate overload! The Death By Chocolate Sundae comes with layers of brownies, truffle sauce, nuts and praline, chocolate gelato, whipped cream and then some more chocolate sauce and two waffle cones. The best part? The sundae is smoked with peppermint — a treat for the eyes and the nose. Rs 270
Perhaps the most colourful sundae on the menu — the Italian Tutti Fruity Sundae is a 15-inch sundae filled with fruits, fruit compote, strawberry and butterscotch gelato and topped with white chocolate flakes. Rs 230
Drizzle sizzle drizzle! The Drunken Sizzling Brownie is chocolate brownie drowned in a mixture of chocolate and whisky sauce. Rs 230
The Skillet Mud Pie is made of crumbled brownies soaked in a signature chocolate truffle melt, covered in chocolate chips and roasted almonds that add a crunch. Be careful of the hot skillet though! Rs 230
Here’s a twist to your hot chocolate. The Smoked Hot Chocolate is smoked right in front of your eyes. Choose from the different smoke flavours of peppermint, campfire, cinnamon and orange. Rs 150
