On the menu: Lunch buffet comprising local delicacies such as Pur Bhora Bhetki, Mutton Kosha, Malai Chingri, Narkel Diye Chholar Dal and Rajbarir Chhanar Kalia. For dinner, there will be some additional dishes like Doi Katla, Kanchalonka Dhonepata Murgi and Doi Posto Potol. Finish your meal with Himsagar Aam Doi, Malpua, Rajbhog and Kancha Aamer Misti Chutney.

The main course includes Mutton Rezala, Fish Curry, Matar Paneer, Vegetable Pulao and Lachha Paratha to go with. The dessert counter has Kesari Kulfi, Chocolate and Cherry Crepe Gateaux, Baked Peanut and Caramel Cheese Cake.
