New Delhi, Aug. 1: Maruti Udyog Limited today unveiled the ‘new’ Alto, keeping prices unchanged.

“The car has a new look ? in exteriors and interiors,” claimed the carmaker.

While the ‘new’ Alto Standard is priced at Rs 2.42 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi), its deluxe and super-deluxe models ? Alto LX and LXI ? come with a price tag of Rs 2.78 lakh and Rs 2.98 lakh, respectively.

The car has clear-lens headlamps and new tail lamps, which are aesthetically more appealing. The designs of the front grille and the bumper have also been changed.

The new-look interiors include a vibrant fabric, a super-cool air-conditioner with rotary controls for easier operation.

Also, two new colours ? Caribbean blue and wine red ? have been added. The existing range of colours include the silky silver, pearl silver, midnight black, bright red, brilliant yellow and superior white.
