Apple is one of those rare brands that barely has to do anything to promote itself. Other brands and fans do it for them! It’s time for another launch event for the company on March 8 and going by the invitation that has gone out — with the words ‘Peak Performance’ — things look promising.
There are a few things to look forward to next week. If rumours are true, we will get to see a new iPhone SE (the last one was in 2020) and this time it’s expected to feature the same A15 Bionic processor that also powers the iPhone 13 line-up, meaning you get the best performance possible. Going by previous SE models, camera too should be great but the design will be a blast from the bast.
The other rumoured launch involves an upgrade to the iPad Air. Let’s hope the fifth-generation iPad Air comes and though it may look like the iPad Air 4, it is expected to pack a new chip, besides coming with the Center Stage camera feature, which is helpful during video calls.
Though Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, who usually gets things spot on with upcoming launches, hasn’t mentioned a new MacBook Pro in his early reports, a Digitimes report from February says Apple suppliers have been working through the Lunar New Year break in China in preparation for a new Macbook Pro. Or do we get to see a new Mac Mini with faster M1 Pro and M1 Max chips?
