Fashionable and branded clothes are not the only parameters to judge a man’s appearance. Grooming has taken centre stage when it comes to calling someone dapper. And talking of grooming, there is nothing like a man who smells divine. Keeping that in mind, Park Avenue has launched Park Avenue Fragrance Deo for Men with actor Siddhant Chaturvedi who has been appointed the brand ambassador for Park Avenue Fragrances. The Telegraph caught up with the dashing Gehraiyaan actor for a quick chat on personal hygiene, fashion and movies. Excerpts.

Congrats on your association with Park Avenue Fragrance! How do you resonate with the brand?

I am thrilled to partner with Park Avenue. As an actor, it’s important for me to connect with the brands I endorse. Everyone, regardless of their background or profession, experiences nervousness when trying something for the first time. Park Avenue Fragrance Deo for Men recognises the importance of overcoming these inhibitions, enabling men to embrace their ambitions and reach for the stars. The deodorant’s unique formulation combines captivating fragrances, ensuring freshness and confidence throughout the day. With its refreshing fragrance, Park Avenue Fragrance Deo for Men helps men move ahead of their fears and emerge victorious in every situation.

We are excited to know that you have sung in the ad. How did it come along?

Singing in the ad was a thrilling experience for me. When the opportunity arose to lend my voice to the TVC, I saw it as a chance to add a personal touch and connect with the audience in a unique way. The song perfectly captures the essence of the brand, showcasing its energy and confidence. The lyrics of the song are relatable, the music is energetic and captivating, and it has a catchy tune to it. I enjoyed recording the song and am excited for it to enhance the overall appeal of the TVC.

Personally, how important do you think grooming is for men?

When it comes to grooming, men value taking care of themselves. They shave, trim, and dress well. But the one thing that often gets overlooked is how they smell, which is super important. Personally, I never leave the house without wearing a fragrance that matches my style and boosts my confidence. That’s why I am super excited to endorse a fragrance brand like Park Avenue. The brand understands the importance of fragrance in grooming and offers a range of amazing fragrances to choose from. It’s like the final touch that completes your grooming routine and makes you stand out. For me, grooming isn’t complete without the perfect fragrance.

You have an impeccable sense of style! How do you describe your style?

My style mantra is a combination of honouring the classics while incorporating an intriguing contrast through my choices. While I do enjoy occasional experiments with my personal style, I believe in maintaining an overall timeless vibe. Instead of chasing trends, I find inspiration in the enduring allure of classic fashion. It’s about staying true to the foundations while infusing a touch of edgy charm that reflects my individuality. Style, for me, is an art of blending the timeless with the contemporary, creating a unique and captivating expression of myself.

Some of your posts on Instagram are thirst traps that drive your fans crazy! Have you always been a fitness enthusiast? How do you push yourself on days you don’t feel like working out?

Like anyone else, there are days when I don’t feel motivated to work out. On such days, I remind myself of the long-term benefits of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I believe in the holistic approach to health, which includes not just physical exercise but also taking care of other aspects. To stay motivated, I set achievable goals and surround myself with a supportive environment. I find inspiration from fellow fitness enthusiasts, trainers, and the positive impact exercising has on my overall well-being. Ultimately, it’s about finding what works best for you and establishing a healthy balance between exercise, nutrition, and self-care. By prioritising these aspects, we can lead a more vibrant and fulfilling life in this busy world.

Kho Gaye Hum Kahan and Yudhra are your upcoming projects… one looks like an action-driven movie while the other is far away from it. And you already have a varied range of roles in your past films...

As an actor, it is crucial for me to continually explore new and diverse roles in order to grow and evolve creatively. I am thrilled about my recent films, which offer contrasting experiences. Kho Gaye Hum Kahan is a relatable coming-of-age story that mirrors today’s friendships, relationships, and the digital impact of social media. It captures the essence of our interconnected lives. On the other hand, I am part of a large-scale action thriller with adrenaline-fuelled sequences, captivating music and plot twists. It’s the new-gen action flick we’ve all been waiting for. Both films hold immense significance to me, and I can’t wait for audiences to experience them.

What kind of roles are you aiming to explore at this stage in your career?

At this stage in my life, I am eager to explore roles that are truer to our country and are more rooted. I am looking forward to bringing a distinct desi tadka to the screen.
