Christmas is the celebration of family, love, warmth and of course great food. Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences hosted a Christmas Fiesta in association with t2 to make it a memorable moment for many. The Christmas Brunch on December 25 was crafted by culinary artists of the hotel. The last eight years were all about practising sustainability and keeping up with the tradition. The hotel mounted an eco-friendly Christmas decor made with 12 bicycles hoisted on an iron frame, built by the hotel’s engineering team. The Telegraph indulged in the tastiest Christmas Brunch spread at their all-day dining restaurant The Square. Roasted Turkey, Honey-Glazed Pork Belly, Black Pepper Prawns, some delectable salads and a decadent spread of specially curated Christmas desserts made it extremely special for the guests. People dropped by with their families to celebrate the Yuletide spirit and enjoyed the food to their heart’s content. Snapshots.

“Christmas is a special time for people and I am happy that my family is here with me,” said Stephen Constantine, coach, East Bengal. He was there with daughter Isabel. “A special Christmas memory of mine is when my dad attempted at making ginger bread house and got very serious about decorating it and he ended up leaving it there for two months as he felt incredibly proud of his work. I found it quite funny,” she laughed.
