Recruitment policy for management trainees

We visit campuses to recruit management trainees, preferring tier II business schools over premiere ones.

Mid-career recruitment

These requirements are usually met through internal promotions. We recruit from outside for niche and specialised requirements in operations / support functions through advertisements in newspapers, job portals, networking sites and placement consultants.

Terms

We believe in looking after our employees and our talent pool has been with us for a long time. The employment terms are on a par with industry norms. Retirement age is 58.

Postings / transfers

We believe in job rotation and provide enough opportunities to employees to pursue their careers of choice. Transfers are based on job requirements and an employee’s comfort levels. Locations are clearly mentioned at the time of recruitment.

There are openings at the entry level in operations. There are also vacancies in middle level for HR, voice and accent trainers and trainers-ISP and technical support.
