One liquid that is continuing to get good press is apple cider vinegar. The magic drink is supposedly good for Everything. Here we will list why it is good for the skin.
Buy organic, unfiltered, unpasteurised apple cider vinegar, which has the “mother” resting below. The “mother” is the strandy, brownish thing that floats in the vinegar. It is, true to its name, the strength of the liquid. But never use ACV directly. Dilute it: 1 tablespoon ACV in one cup of water, or at least 50:50.
• ACV is full of good bacteria and keeps off bad bacteria, fungi and viruses. This makes the powerful liquid an enemy of
acne and pimples. Apply the ACV solution on the pimples.
• ACV contains alpha hydroxy acids and is considered good for reducing age spots. Wash your face with the ACV and water solution. Dab a little of the solution to the age spots, keep on for 20 minutes and wash your face with cool water. Do it once daily for four weeks.
• You can apply ACV to your skin as a toner, both if your skin is too dry or too oily. It helps to balance the pH factor.
