Tucked away in a quiet street in Gariahat, Zoyah’s Treasury houses an eclectic range of products, starting from saris and stoles to accessories, ties and cufflinks. Located on the ground floor of a restored building called The Z’s Precinct, the 900sq ft store’s products have been curated from places such as Thailand, Guatemala, El Salvador, Indonesia as well as the hinterlands of the country to focus on Indian handicrafts such as leheriya, tie-dye and kantha.

“I started off with the idea of preserving this beautiful building and have retained almost everything that came with it, including the furniture. I have an art space on the first floor called Zarah’s Gallery, while the store on the ground floor has things that I have curated from my travels and both the spaces are named after my daughters. The sections are not demarcated as I want visitors to walk through the rooms and chance upon things they love,” said Rajesh Sen, curator-owner, The Z’s Precinct.
