New Delhi, Nov. 9: The announcement of a new Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) is likely to be delayed as the commerce and finance ministries are yet to take a final call on granting tax sops to export promotion schemes. The FTP, or its annual review, which is usually announced in April, gives guidelines for enhancing exports to push economic growth and generate employment.
