Tennis veteran Naresh Kumar will turn 90 this December, and milestones call for special celebrations. The Kumars from Middleton Street made it an evening to remember when Naresh Kumar combined his birthday party with that of wife Sunita, who turned 76 on September 1. “This was his thought and I agreed to it immediately, naturally. This is the first time we had joint celebrations since we got married in 1961,” Sunita Kumar told t2, after the party at Taj Bengal on Saturday. Friends and family dropped by to be there with the Kumars. Kailash Kher was the star performer at the evening do. “He sang for at least an hour-and-a-half and was excellent,” said Sunita Kumar. The highlight?
